Our funded hours are as followed:
Universal Entitlement/Early Learning for 2 year old children funding: 9am-12noon (option to start at 8am, additional hour paid for.)
2 Year old Working Families: 8am-12noon
Extended Entitlement (if eligible):
8am-12noon
Nursery sessions run from 8am-3pm Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 8am-1pm Friday.
All additional hours will be charged. (Two year olds £5.80 per hour Three - Four year olds £6.50 per hour)
2 Year old Working Families funding/Early Learning for 2 year old children:

Universal 15-hour funding:
- All three and four-year olds receive up to 15 hours of free childcare per week.
- This will be automatically applied the term after your child’s third birthday.
Extended 30-hour funding:
- Two Three and four-year olds who meet a set criteria can now receive up to 30 hours of free childcare per week.
- Visit www.childcare-support.tax.service.gov.uk to check your eligibility.
Ovingdean Nursery School can offer up to 20 hours funding per week .
Four weeks notice must be given if your place is no longer required.
We have a registration fee of £25.00 (non-refundable).
This will not apply to a child who is having a funded only place.
